DLF Expands Gurugram Land Bank to 36 Acres, Plans Luxury Housing Launches.

Fresh 7.48-acre collaboration in Sector 61 strengthens development potential as DLF targets launches in Mumbai and Gurugram. DLF has entered into a collaboration for an additional 7.48-acre land parcel in Sector 61, Gurugram, expanding its contiguous development site to approximately 36 acres. The company expects to conclude the transaction by Q4 FY27, according to management during its Q2 FY27 earnings call. The new parcel is linked to a lender-led resolution involving a delinquent borrower, with proceeds going to lenders. DLF has not disclosed the proposed project's saleable area, development value or launch timeline. The developer is also preparing to launch a residential project in Mumbai in Q3 FY27, subject to regulatory approvals, and an unnamed luxury-plus project in DLF Phase IV, Gurugram, in Q4 FY27. Meanwhile, sales at its luxury project, The Dahlias, have reached nearly 280 units, with prices rising around 10% during the quarter. DLF also completed the sale of its retirement housing project, The Aureva, with a sales potential of approximately ₹1,985 crore. Its rental project, Promenade Goa, is expected to become operational around Christmas and New Year.
