Sopra Steria Leases 4.74 Lakh Sq Ft Office Space in Noida for 15 Years.

₹816 Crore Rental Commitment Highlights Strong Demand for Premium Office Spaces in NCR   European IT and consulting firm Sopra Steria India has leased 4,74,150 sq ft of office space at Maconns Grand, Sector 132, Noida, for 15 years from Maconns Infra, according to real estate analytics firm Propstack. The initial monthly rent is approximately ₹3.76 crore, calculated at ₹79.20 per sq ft. The agreement entails an aggregate rental outlay of around ₹816 crore, with rent increasing by 10% every three years. The agreement also includes a security deposit of approximately ₹20.48 crore. The lease commenced on May 30, 2026, with a rent-free period until July 31. Full rent became payable from August 1, 2026. The agreement includes 1,125 car parking spaces, with 875 available initially and the remaining 250 to be provided within 14 months. It also carries a 62-month lock-in period. According to Propstack co-founder Raja Seetharaman, the transaction reflects occupier confidence in Noida’s Expressway office corridor and demand for customised, long-term workspaces supporting future business expansion.
