IndiQube Spaces to Invest ₹35 Crore in SaiEdge Realty for 49% Stake.

Strategic Investment to Expand Commercial Office Space Development and Leasing Opportunities.
  IndiQube Spaces has approved an investment of up to ₹35 crore in SaiEdge Realty for an equity stake of up to 49% on a fully diluted basis. According to a regulatory filing, the investment will be made through equity shares and/or convertible securities, in one or more tranches. The investment aims to strengthen IndiQube’s participation in the commercial real estate sector. SaiEdge Realty will develop owned commercial office space, which IndiQube intends to lease upon completion, supporting its office space expansion strategy. Separately, the company’s board acknowledged the resignation of independent director Avalur Gopalaratnam Muralikrishnan, effective at the close of business on October 19, 2026. The board also appointed Ishwar Subramanian as an additional independent director from October 19, 2026. The board recommended his appointment for a five-year term, extending until October 18, 2031. The proposed investment reflects IndiQube’s strategic approach to securing future commercial office space and strengthening its presence in India’s evolving flexible workspace market.
