Gulshan Group, Ourika Estates to Invest ₹750 Crore in Ghaziabad & Lucknow.

New residential projects to add 1.5 million sq ft across two key North Indian markets.

Gulshan Group and Ourika Estates have formed a development platform to invest over ₹750 crore in premium residential projects across Ghaziabad and Lucknow. The two developments will have a combined built-up area of approximately 1.5 million sq ft. As part of the first phase, the platform has secured two land parcels through auctions conducted by the respective development authorities. The first, measuring around 8,750 sq metres, is located in Madhuban Bapudham, Ghaziabad, and was acquired from the Ghaziabad Development Authority. The second parcel, spanning approximately 10,328 sq metres, is located in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow, and was acquired from the Lucknow Development Authority. The Lucknow project benefits from connectivity to Shaheed Path, IT City and Lucknow International Airport. Gulshan Group promoter Gulshan Nagpal said the partnership aims to expand the company's premium residential portfolio into emerging North Indian growth markets. The companies are also evaluating additional opportunities across the region.
