Puravankara Enters Delhi-NCR with 13.44-Acre Greater Noida Land Parcel.

Puravankara expands its footprint with a ₹5,200-crore development opportunity in Greater Noida.

Puravankara has made its maiden entry into the Delhi-NCR real estate market with the allotment of a 13.44-acre land parcel in Greater Noida through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prudential Housing and Infrastructure Development. The project offers an estimated saleable potential of 4.57 million sq ft and a gross development value (GDV) of around ₹5,200 crore. The acquisition marks the company's largest land transaction in FY27 so far. According to Puravankara Managing Director Ashish Puravankara, Greater Noida was selected after evaluating multiple opportunities across the NCR region. The company said it will continue assessing projects across Delhi-NCR based on development potential, returns and capital efficiency. Including this acquisition, Puravankara's FY27 business development across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru now totals approximately 10.74 million sq ft of saleable area, with an estimated GDV of ₹14,100 crore. The Delhi-NCR expansion follows its recent ₹2,600-crore redevelopment project win in Goregaon West, Mumbai.
