DLF to Invest ₹500 Crore in Goa Mall, Targets ₹150 Crore+ Annual Rent.

Goa’s retail market gets a major boost with DLF’s premium shopping destination.

DLF is set to expand its retail footprint with a 7 lakh sq ft premium shopping mall in Goa, targeted for completion by March 2027. The project is expected to involve an investment of around ₹500 crore and generate more than ₹150 crore in annual rental income once operational. The mall has already attracted significant retailer interest, with around 70–75% of its space leased. PVR has signed up for a five-screen cinema, while Shoppers Stop is among the other major retailers joining the development. According to DLF executives, average rentals at the Goa property are expected to be around ₹175–180 per sq ft on a super built-up area basis. The project is part of DLF’s broader retail expansion strategy, which includes three retail developments during the current financial year. The Goa mall is expected to strengthen DLF’s presence in the premium retail segment while adding a significant new commercial destination to the state.
