Godrej Industries Group Plans ₹20,000 Crore Investment in Haryana.
Major investment push expected to expand real estate, commercial infrastructure and employment across the state.
Godrej Industries Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Haryana government outlining a proposed investment of around ₹20,000 crore in the state. The planned investment builds on the Group’s existing ₹12,000 crore footprint and is expected to generate nearly 40,000 jobs. Godrej Properties will be a major contributor, with around ₹11,000 crore already invested in Haryana and plans to invest another ₹16,000 crore by FY28. This would take its total investment to approximately ₹27,000 crore. The company currently has 18 projects across Gurugram, Sonipat, Faridabad, Panipat and Kurukshetra. Godrej Ventures plans an additional ₹3,500 crore investment in Grade A+ office infrastructure in Gurugram, building on its existing ₹1,000 crore investment. The projects are expected to create over 30,000 direct and indirect jobs, strengthening Gurugram’s commercial ecosystem and appeal to global companies and GCCs.
