Robust Demand & New Launches Drive Sri Lotus Developers’ Strong Q2 FY26 Results
Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited has reported a strong financial and operational performance for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Driven by sustained demand in Mumbai’s premium redevelopment segment, robust liquidity, and a powerful pipeline of high-value projects, the company continues its upward growth trajectory.
For Q2 FY26, total revenue rose 44% YoY to ₹176 crore, supported by EBITDA of ₹50 crore and a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹46 crore. Pre-sales surged 126% YoY to ₹257 crore, while collections grew 16% to ₹106 crore, demonstrating strong customer confidence and steady execution progress.
During H1 FY26, the company achieved revenue of ₹237 crore, EBITDA of ₹80 crore, and PAT of ₹72 crore. Pre-sales reached ₹319 crore, up 50% year-on-year. As of September 2025, Sri Lotus Developers maintained a robust net cash position of ₹851 crore, underscoring its liquidity strength and disciplined financial management.
Commenting on the performance, Anand K Pandit, Chairman & Managing Director, said:

With a strong pipeline, significant liquidity, and sustained demand for premium redevelopment, we are confident of achieving our FY26 guidance of ₹1,100–1,300 crore in pre-sales and 30–35% PAT growth.”
The quarter saw the launch of two landmark luxury developments—The Arcadian in Juhu and Amalfi in Versova—together representing an estimated GDV of ₹1,000 crore. The second half of FY26 will see four additional launches:
- Project Varun (Bandra)
- Lotus Aquaria (Prabhadevi)
- Lotus Celestial (Versova)
- Lotus Trident (Andheri West)
In the first half of FY26, six projects were added to the company’s development portfolio, including Lotus Portofino (Versova), Lotus Sky Plaza (Oshiwara), and Lotus Odyssey (Bandra). With ongoing and upcoming developments representing an impressive ₹13,000–₹14,000 crore in GDV, Sri Lotus Developers continues to strengthen its positioning as a leading luxury and ultra-luxury real estate developer in Mumbai.
