Siddha Group Targets ₹1,894 Crore Turnover by FY30, Plans Listing by March 2028.

Mumbai redevelopment projects and expansion across key cities to drive the real estate developer’s growth ambitions.

Siddha Group aims to increase its turnover from ₹600 crore in FY26 to ₹1,894 crore by FY30, driven by redevelopment projects in Mumbai and expansion across Kolkata, Jaipur and North Bengal. Managing Director Sanjay Jain said the company expects turnover to reach ₹852 crore in FY27, ₹1,098 crore in FY28 and ₹1,434 crore in FY29. The group reported a profit exceeding ₹18 crore in FY26. Siddha has earmarked approximately ₹1,063 crore in construction expenditure for three upcoming Mumbai projects in Navi Mumbai, Worli and Shivaji Park. During FY27, it plans to deliver around 600 units in Mumbai and 300 in Kolkata. The company is targeting a listing by March 2028 through restructuring its existing corporate structure, potentially involving a merger or demerger with an already listed entity. The initial objective is to establish a listed real estate platform rather than immediately raise public capital. Siddha also aims to build a net worth exceeding ₹5,000 crore over the longer term.
