Incuspaze Leases 3 Lakh Sq Ft in Jaipur, Eyes Tier 2 Growth and IPO

Flexible workspace provider Incuspaze has leased 3 lakh sq ft of Grade A office space across three prime locations in Jaipur—The Edge (Tonk Road), Sitapura Campus, and GT Landmark (Malviya Nagar)—as part of its Tier 2 city expansion. This marks the company’s first major entry into Rajasthan, tapping into Jaipur’s growing demand from Global Capability Centres (GCCs), startups, and corporates seeking cost-effective alternatives to metro cities. The centres will offer modern amenities, biophilic interiors, and strategic proximity to Jaipur International Airport. This move aligns with Incuspaze’s broader 2024 growth strategy, under which it has added 1.7 million sq ft this fiscal and targets 2 million sq ft more by December 2025. Now present in over 18 cities with a 4 million sq ft portfolio, the firm is eyeing ₹350–400 crore revenue in FY26 and gearing up for an IPO. Recent acquisitions of TRIOS Co-working and VSKOUT further bolster its regional presence.
