Prestige Estates Acquires Gloind Vintage Infra at ₹519-Crore Enterprise Value.

The acquisition strengthens Prestige's portfolio, bringing Gloind Vintage Infra and its subsidiary Tarun Realtors under its indirect 100% ownership.   Prestige Estates Projects, through its wholly owned subsidiary Prestige Retail Ventures Ltd. (PRVL), has acquired 100% equity share capital of Gloind Vintage Infra for a cash consideration of ₹5 lakh. The transaction carries a gross enterprise value of approximately ₹519 crore, according to a regulatory filing. The acquisition was completed from DSFF Series 2, a scheme of Dickey Special Situation Investment Trust, and Jasbir Singh. Following the transaction, Prestige Estates will exercise complete ownership and control of Gloind Vintage Infra through PRVL. Gloind Vintage Infra also holds 100% equity in Tarun Realtors, which will consequently become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Prestige Estates Projects. The acquisition marks another strategic addition to Prestige Estates' portfolio, expanding its corporate holdings and strengthening its presence in the real estate sector. The transaction gives the group indirect control over both Gloind Vintage Infra and Tarun Realtors.
