DP World Mundra Sets Record, Handles 1.42 Lakh TEUs in August 2025.                                                                                                                                         

DP World Mundra has achieved a new milestone by handling 142,273 TEUs in August 2025, the highest monthly volume in its history. The terminal, with a 632-meter quay and a deep draft that accommodates large vessels, continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening India’s global trade connectivity. With direct links to key international markets across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the US, Mundra enhances supply chain resilience for businesses in India and beyond. “By optimising efficiency and expanding trade connectivity, DP World Mundra remains a key hub driving trade flows across the region,” said Alok Mishra, CEO, Ports & Terminals. The facility is equipped with a 50-acre Container Freight Station, dedicated rail connectivity, and has transitioned all handling equipment and vehicles to electric power. This shift has cut diesel use and reduced annual carbon emissions, underscoring DP World’s commitment to sustainable logistics and world-class infrastructure.
