Embassy Developments Limited has successfully completed six long-stalled legacy projects across Mumbai, Thane, Visakhapatnam, and the National Capital Region (NCR), providing homes to more than 3,000 families. All projects have secured Occupation Certificates (OCs), with possessions either underway or fully completed.

The Blu Estate & Club, Worli – 10.8 acres | 1.4 million sq. ft. | 374 residences | Phased OCs (2018–2022); governance transfer in progress.
Sky Forest, Lower Parel – 4.4 acres | 1.6 million sq. ft. | 438 residences | OC for Towers A2 & A3 (Nov 2023); handovers largely complete.
One Indiabulls, Thane – 2.6 acres | 0.5 million sq. ft. | 388 residences | Phase I OC (May 2025); possessions underway.
Visakhapatnam:
Indiabulls Sierra – 4.8 acres | 0.8 million sq. ft. | 620 homes | OC secured; possessions underway.
National Capital Region:
Enigma, Gurugram – 19.9 acres | 1.8 million sq. ft. | 480 residences | OCs (2018–2021); final handovers expected by end of 2025.
Centrum Park, Gurugram – 22 acres | 2.1 million sq. ft. | 1,025 residences | Handovers complete; fully self-governed community.
