During his career, he has managed large-scale and multi-project developments from the initial design and planning stages through construction and final delivery.

Before joining TARC, Gupta served as President – Projects at Krisumi Corporation. In this role, he oversaw the development and operations of a 35-acre township with a total built-up area of approximately 8.5 million square feet.

Earlier, as Operations Head for the North Zone at Godrej Properties Limited, he led the development of approximately 28 million square feet across 286 acres.

This portfolio included 19 projects located across Gurugram, Sonipat, Delhi and Noida.

As Chief Development Officer, Ajay Gupta will lead several important development and execution functions, including:
