Capacity Expansion Supports Growth

The company's revenue growth was supported by higher sales volumes and improving capacity utilisation across its owned and rented manufacturing facilities.

Healthy demand from key end-markets, including grain and pulses, animal food, fertilisers and agrochemicals, and consumer products, contributed to the performance during the quarter.

The commissioning of new rented facilities has further expanded Knack Packaging's manufacturing capacity and supply capabilities, enabling the company to respond more effectively to demand from both domestic and international markets.

Focus on Margins and Raw Material Management

During the quarter, the company continued to closely monitor prices of key raw materials amid a volatile operating environment.

Effective management of input costs remained important in protecting margins and maintaining profitability while supporting the company's growth across its key markets.

Knack Packaging reported a ROCE of 54.73% and ROE of 37.45% for the quarter, highlighting the company's focus on efficient utilisation of capital and resources.
