New Delhi, September 17, 2025: Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has secured a prestigious order valued at ₹1,518 Crore (excluding taxes and cess) for the construction of “25 Downtown” by Hubtown, further strengthening its leadership in India’s super high-rise construction segment.

The scope of this repeat order includes the development of four ultra-luxury residential towers at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, featuring world-class amenities such as a modern clubhouse and exclusive penthouses with uninterrupted views of the Willingdon Golf Course and Arabian Sea.
