APSEZ to Acquire European Liquid Storage Operator Evos for €2.56 Billion.

The all-cash deal will expand Adani Ports’ global footprint, adding 6.3 million cubic metres of storage capacity across five European countries.   Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Netherlands-based Evos B.V., Europe’s second-largest independent liquid storage operator, from Igneo Infrastructure Partners for an enterprise value of €2.56 billion. The all-cash transaction values Evos at an equity value of €1.18 billion and is subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions. Evos operates eight port-based terminals across the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Malta, with a combined storage capacity of 6.3 million cubic metres. In CY25, the company handled 37 million metric tonnes of cargo, generating revenue of €392 million and EBITDA of €219 million. Its facilities handle conventional and transition fuels, including biofuels, methanol and sustainable aviation fuel. APSEZ said the acquisition will strengthen its global logistics platform and support its ambition of handling one billion tonnes of cargo.
