Pradeep Navratna Gupta, co-founder and vice chairman of Anand Rathi Wealth, along with his wife Preeti Gupta, has purchased a ₹131 crore luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Worli locality. According to property registration documents, the couple bought a 10,538 sq ft sea-facing apartment on the 40th floor of Lodha Sea Face, a premium project by Lodha Developers. The transaction, registered on August 20, 2025, included seven car parks, with a stamp duty of ₹7.90 crore and registration fee of ₹30,000. Worli continues to be Mumbai’s most coveted luxury real estate hub, attracting India’s top business families. In recent years, it has witnessed record-breaking deals, including Amit Rathi’s ₹289.91 crore apartment at Palais Royale and Leena Gandhi Tewari’s historic ₹2,703 crore duplex purchase. With per sq ft prices ranging between ₹1 lakh and ₹3 lakh, Worli remains a benchmark for India’s ultra-luxury housing market.
