Temple Town: Blending Spiritual Living with Modern Comforts.

Stonecraft Group Announces ₹300 Crore Investment for 110-Acre ‘Temple Town’ Township in Telangana.                                                                                                        

Stonecraft Group has unveiled plans to develop a 110-acre integrated township, Temple Town, at Yadagiri Gutta in Telangana with an investment of ₹300 crore. The project is designed as a blend of spiritual ambience and modern living, strategically located near a revered religious destination. Out of the total land area, 90 acres will be dedicated to residential plots, expected to generate around ₹500 crore in revenue. The remaining 20 acres will feature a premium Senior Living community with 333 independent homes, contributing an estimated ₹600 crore. Overall, the project holds a revenue potential of approximately ₹1,100–1,300 crore. Kirthi Chilukuri, Founder and Managing Director of Stonecraft Group, stated that Temple Town reflects the company’s vision of creating living spaces that honour India’s spiritual heritage while appealing to contemporary homebuyers. The Hyderabad-based developer currently has over 14.5 million sq ft (335 acres) under development across its portfolio.
