Strong housing demand fuels Rustomjee’s ₹4,000 crore sales ambition.

Keystone Realtors to Launch ₹3,000 Crore Super Luxury Housing Project in Mumbai.                                                                                                                                   

Keystone Realtors, which markets properties under the Rustomjee brand, is set to launch a super luxury residential project in Bandra, Mumbai, next month with a revenue potential of around ₹3,000 crore. The upcoming project, located at the prime Bandstand area, reflects the company’s strong confidence in the high-end housing segment. Chairman and Managing Director Boman Irani said the company remains bullish on residential demand and is confident of achieving its sales bookings target of ₹4,000 crore in the current fiscal year. Keystone Realtors has already recorded property sales worth ₹1,839 crore in the first half of FY26, marking a 40% year-on-year growth. During this fiscal year, the company plans to launch projects with a total gross development value (GDV) of ₹7,000 crore. It has already launched four projects worth ₹4,916 crore and plans four more in the second half. Keystone Realtors will also invest about ₹950 crore in construction to ensure timely project delivery.
