DDA Extends Narela Housing Scheme Deadline to August 31.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the application deadline for the Nagrik Awas Yojana and Karmayogi Awas Yojana in Narela until August 31 following strong buyer interest. Under the Nagrik Awas Yojana, launched in January 2026, 2,062 of 3,656 flats have already been booked. Encouraged by the response, DDA has proposed adding 1,287 more HIG and MIG flats in Sector A1-A4, pending approval. Meanwhile, the Karmayogi Awas Yojana has sold 2,274 flats, with additional newly constructed units introduced to meet rising demand. Buyers continue to benefit from a 25% discount, ready-to-move freehold flats, and a first-come, first-served allotment process. DDA has also simplified possession by reducing the timeline from 90 to 60 days and introducing a single affidavit process. Detailed floor-wise information is now available online, enabling buyers to choose flats conveniently before booking.
