Through its Indian subsidiary, the company purchased 1.72 lakh sq ft of premium office space in Whitefield’s EPIP Zone for ₹176 crore, making it one of the largest buyouts in the city this quarter. The property, acquired from Ascendum Solution India, a unit of the US-based Vors Group, comprises two mid-sized commercial blocks measuring 92,098 sq ft and 80,395 sq ft, respectively. Each block includes a basement, ground floor, and three upper floors, offering modern infrastructure for large-scale operations.
