Shriram Properties Buys 4 Acres on Sarjapur Road for New Bengaluru High-Rise.

Shriram Properties (SPL) has acquired a four-acre land parcel on Sarjapur Main Road in South-East Bengaluru through an outright purchase, further expanding its presence in one of the city’s fast-growing residential corridors. The company plans to develop a high-rise residential project on the site, offering approximately five lakh square feet of saleable area. The proposed development is expected to have a gross development value (GDV) in the range of ₹550–600 crore, reflecting strong demand for premium housing in the Sarjapur belt. SPL anticipates launching the project in the latter half of 2026, aligning with its medium-term growth strategy. In a related move, Shriram Properties recently completed the acquisition of Shrivision Upscale Spaces, purchasing 100% equity shares on February 9, 2026, in an all-cash transaction at ₹10 per share (at par). This acquisition is expected to further bolster SPL’s development pipeline and execution capabilities.
