Prestige Group has acquired a 2.35-acre land parcel in Mulund (West), Mumbai, for ₹110.75 crore, reinforcing its expansion strategy in India's most expensive real estate market. The transaction was completed through Prestige Mulund Realty Pvt. Ltd., which purchased the property from Shamvik Glasstech Pvt. Ltd. and General Glass Company Pvt. Ltd. The deal, registered on July 16, involved a ₹6.64 crore stamp duty and includes a 4,638.06 sq. m. built-up structure along with 28 car parking spaces. Although development plans for the site have not yet been disclosed, the acquisition highlights Prestige Group's focus on strengthening its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region through direct land purchases and redevelopment projects. Mulund continues to attract developers due to improved infrastructure, upcoming Metro connectivity, and strong housing demand. The purchase further enhances Prestige Group's growing portfolio in Mumbai's eastern suburbs and supports its long-term residential expansion strategy.
