Smartworks and Table Space are set to lease over 2 million sq ft of office space in Delhi and Mumbai, underscoring confidence in India’s flexible workspace market.

Table Space is finalizing 500,000 sq ft deals in Gurgaon and Aerocity, while Smartworks plans to expand its Mumbai portfolio by 1.5 million sq ft through agreements with Tata Realty and Hiranandani. With flexible workspaces gaining traction, the segment now contributes 11–13% to nationwide office space demand. The trend is fuelled by a strong return-to-office push, talent retention strategies, and rising demand in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Both companies are scaling operations ahead of their IPOs, tapping into robust market fundamentals and evolving workplace strategies.
