Shriram Properties Signs JDA for Premium Residential Project in North-East Bengaluru

Shriram Properties Limited (SPL), one of India's leading residential real estate developers focused on the mid-market and mid-premium segments, has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 9.1-acre land parcel located at Doddagubbi in North-East Bengaluru.

The company plans to develop an exclusive lake-facing residential community with an estimated development potential of approximately 6.7 lakh square feet and a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding ₹600 crore. The project is expected to be launched during the current financial year.

Strategically positioned in the rapidly growing North-East Bengaluru corridor, the project enjoys strong connectivity through key arterial routes including Thanisandra Main Road, Hennur Road, Outer Ring Road, and the airport connectivity corridor. The location provides seamless access to major IT parks, commercial hubs, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail centres, and entertainment destinations.

The proposed development is designed to offer thoughtfully planned residences featuring spacious layouts, natural ventilation, landscaped green spaces, and modern lifestyle amenities. The scenic lake-facing location further enhances the project's appeal by combining urban convenience with a serene natural environment, creating a balanced and future-ready living experience for homebuyers.
