DDA Opens Registrations for Delhi’s Tallest Residential Tower — “Towering Heights” in Karkardooma
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has begun accepting registrations for its flagship residential development, “DDA Towering Heights”, in Karkardooma, East Delhi. Rising to 48 storeys (155 metres), it will be the tallest residential structure in the city. The project features 1,026 high-end 2BHK apartments, with prices ranging from ₹1.78 crore to ₹3.09 crore, and spacious layouts between 142 and 250 sqm. Ideally situated next to Karkardooma Interchange Metro Station, the development offers excellent connectivity via the Blue and Pink Lines, with convenient access to NH-9, NH-24, Anand Vihar Railway Station, and ISBT. Built under Delhi’s inaugural Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) model, the scheme aims to establish a world-class, walkable urban environment spanning 30 hectares. With completion anticipated by July 2026, successful applicants must pay 75% upfront, with the remaining balance payable upon possession, heralding a new chapter of vertical luxury in East Delhi.
