Prime Minister Narendra Modi relaunched Amaravati's capital city projects on May 2, inaugurating and laying foundation stones for projects worth ₹58,000 crore, including 74 key infrastructure works in Amaravati alone.
This revival, driven by CM Chandrababu Naidu’s vision, is set to rejuvenate Andhra Pradesh's real estate sector. Real estate experts expect a 15–20% surge in land prices as investor confidence returns, particularly in Krishna and Guntur districts. The Amaravati Master Plan covers 217 sq km, with sustainable urban design inspired by Singapore. Government support includes ₹15,000 crore funding, $800 million each from World Bank and ADB, and ₹11,000 crore from HUDCO. With political backing, infrastructure push, and clear development plans, Amaravati is poised for a real estate and economic revival.
