The properties, acquired jointly with her parents, are in Godrej Trilogy, a premium project developed by Godrej Properties. According to property registration documents accessed via CRE Matrix, the combined value of the two apartments is close to ₹60 crore. One unit spans nearly 2,778 sq ft, includes three car parking spaces, and was purchased for ₹30 crore. Both transactions were registered on April 1, with stamp duty payments exceeding ₹1.7 crore each. Worli has emerged as a luxury real estate hotspot, with premium homes commanding prices above ₹1 lakh per sq ft.
