The Noida Authority has announced the launch of 35 plots across industrial, institutional, commercial, and hotel categories, with prices ranging from ₹65 lakh to ₹758 crore. The scheme opens on May 19, with earnest money deposit submissions allowed till June 9 and applications closing on June 11. The initiative comes as land prices in Noida surge ahead of the expected June 15 launch of Noida International Airport. The most expensive property is a 29,408sqm commercial plot in Sector 18 priced at ₹758 crore. Industrial plots across several sectors are aimed at manufacturing units, while institutional plots include land for schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and offices. Three hotel plots in sectors 71, 124, and 142 are also part of the scheme, reflecting growing commercial confidence in the region.
