Dream11 Parent Firm Leases 1.70 Lakh sq ft in Worli for ₹334 Crore.
Sporta Technologies Pvt Ltd, the parent company of Dream11, has leased nearly 1.70 lakh sq ft of premium office space at Ascent Worli, Mumbai, for over ₹334 crore, according to CRE Matrix. The five-year lease spans the 4th, 6th, 7th, and 8th floors and includes 135 car parking spaces. Registered on November 17, 2025, the deal involved a stamp duty of ₹2.94 crore and a registration fee of ₹21,000. Sporta also paid a hefty security deposit exceeding ₹230 crore. The fit-out handover is scheduled for August 4, 2025, with a 36-month lock-in. Rent begins in February 2026 at ₹5.07 crore per month, increasing annually by 4.75%. The deal underscores Dream11’s aggressive expansion, following co-founder Harsh Anand Jain’s purchase of a ₹138-crore luxury apartment at Lodha Malabar earlier this year, priced at ₹21.45 lakh per sq ft and inclusive of six parking spots.
