M3M India to Invest ₹2,100 Crore in Jacob & Co.-Branded Ultra-Luxury Residences in Noida

M3M India has announced an investment of ₹2,100 crore to develop Jacob & Co. Residences, an ultra-luxury residential project in Noida in collaboration with the renowned New York-based luxury brand Jacob & Co. The six-acre project, located in Noida’s central business district, will feature 3BHK to 5BHK homes priced between ₹14 crore and ₹225 crore, with completion targeted within three years. Phase I will deliver 150 branded residences, followed by 100 serviced units in Phase II. A recent sale set a new benchmark at ₹2.35 lakh per sq ft. Each residence will include a limited-edition Jacob & Co. timepiece and interiors inspired by the brand’s iconic design elements. M3M promoter Pankaj Bansal said the collaboration reflects the firm’s commitment to elevating luxury living in India. Jacob & Co. founder Jacob Arabo noted India’s immense potential for high-end real estate amid growing demand for global-standard lifestyles.
