Wall cabinets are an essential part of modern homes, providing everyday storage across kitchens and other living spaces. While standard hinges have traditionally handled basic opening and closing functions, contemporary interiors increasingly demand cabinetry that combines functionality, accessibility and greater design freedom.

Blum’s AVENTOS HF top is a lift system engineered specifically for high and mid bi-fold wall cabinets, offering a modern alternative to conventional hinged cabinet fronts.

Suitable for kitchens, bedrooms and other living zones, the system allows the two-part cabinet front to fold and glide upward, keeping it out of the user’s working and movement area.

Smooth and Effortless Cabinet Movement

AVENTOS HF top is designed to make frequently used wall cabinets easier and more comfortable to operate.

The cabinet front can remain open at the position where the user leaves it, providing convenient access to stored items.

The system features integrated BLUMOTION, enabling soft and quiet closing for enhanced everyday usability.

For handleless cabinetry, AVENTOS HF top can also be paired with SERVO-DRIVE, allowing users to open the cabinet front with a simple touch.

Flexible Cabinet Dimensions

AVENTOS HF top supports a broad range of cabinet configurations, giving architects, designers and furniture manufacturers greater flexibility while planning wall storage.

The system is suitable for:

  • Cabinet Heights: 480–1,200 mm
  • Cabinet Widths: Up to 1,800 mm
  • Required Internal Depth: 264 mm
  • Applications: High and mid bi-fold wall cabinets
  • Additional Application: Worktop-mounted installations

This flexibility enables the system to be incorporated across different cabinetry dimensions and interior environments.

Built-In Opening Angle Stop

Low ceilings and restricted overhead spaces can create challenges for conventional lift-up cabinet systems.

AVENTOS HF top addresses this through a built-in opening angle stop, which prevents the bi-fold front from opening beyond the required height.

This helps prevent the cabinet front from coming into contact with ceilings or surrounding surfaces, reducing the possibility of damage to both cabinet finishes and interior surfaces over time.

Greater Freedom in Cabinet Front Design

AVENTOS HF top supports a wide variety of cabinet front materials and configurations.

Designers can specify traditional wooden fronts, aluminium-framed profiles or combinations of different materials across the two-part front.

The system also accommodates asymmetric front configurations, creating additional opportunities for distinctive cabinet designs and visual accents.

AVENTOS HF top cover caps are available in silk white, light grey and dark grey, allowing the hardware to coordinate with different cabinet finishes and interior palettes.

Designed for Easy Installation and Adjustment

Blum has engineered the AVENTOS HF top system to simplify installation and adjustment, helping furniture manufacturers and installers achieve efficient setup across different applications.

Its combination of flexible planning, streamlined installation and adjustable components makes it suitable for contemporary cabinetry across multiple areas of the home.

Tested for Long-Term Performance

Durability is an important consideration for cabinet hardware that may be operated several times every day.

Blum tests its lift systems for more than 80,000 opening and closing cycles to help ensure reliable long-term performance.

The hardware also undergoes physical testing for static loads, lateral stability and sudden slamming, supporting its suitability for demanding everyday residential use.
