BHIVE Appoints Milind Soman as Brand Ambassador, Reinforces Fitness-First Workspaces

BHIVE Workspace, India’s largest campus coworking company, has announced the appointment of Milind Soman—actor, supermodel, and Ironman athlete—as its brand ambassador, marking a significant step in reinforcing its fitness-led workspace philosophy.

With this move, BHIVE becomes the first campus-format coworking company globally to appoint a brand ambassador, positioning itself at the intersection of work, fitness, and lifestyle. The partnership reflects BHIVE’s vision of redefining traditional office spaces by integrating productivity with wellness and community-driven engagement.

Unlike conventional coworking setups, BHIVE’s campus model combines large-format workspaces with sports infrastructure, recreational facilities, and curated community ecosystems. This integrated approach is built around its core philosophy of “Work-Life Harmony,” making Milind Soman a natural fit given his long-standing advocacy for fitness, endurance, and disciplined living.

Milind Soman, known for completing the Ironman Triathlon at the age of 50 and promoting fitness across India, embodies the values BHIVE seeks to instill within its ecosystem. The association goes beyond a traditional celebrity endorsement and aligns with the company’s broader ambition to foster a high-performance, active lifestyle among its members.

Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder and CEO of BHIVE Workspace, highlighted that the partnership represents a shared vision of building environments that support how people live, move, and perform daily. He noted that Milind Soman’s pioneering role in popularising endurance sports in India resonates strongly with BHIVE’s mission to create impactful, lifestyle-oriented workspaces.

BHIVE campuses already feature a wide range of fitness and recreational amenities, including running clubs, pickleball courts, cricket and football turfs, and community tournaments such as the BHIVE Premier League (BPL). The company has also set a target to enable over 50 of its members to participate in Ironman 70.3 Goa in 2026, further embedding fitness into its community culture.

The collaboration also has a unique personal dimension, as BHIVE’s founder himself is an Ironman 70.3 Goa finisher, making this a rare instance where both the brand ambassador and the founder share a common athletic achievement.

Sharing his perspective, Milind Soman stated that BHIVE’s commitment to integrating fitness into workplace infrastructure sets it apart. He emphasised that the brand is not merely promoting fitness but embedding it into everyday work life through facilities, community engagement, and disciplined practices.

As workplace trends globally evolve toward hybrid models, wellness integration, and experience-led environments—especially among Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and high-growth enterprises—BHIVE’s campus model is well-positioned to meet these emerging demands. The partnership with Milind Soman further signals BHIVE’s evolution into a fitness-first, lifestyle-driven workspace platform.
