Refunds and Cancellations
This policy defines when a customer can cancel an order or claim a refund.
Digital Subscriptions
- Usually non-refundable once payment is made, since access is instantly provided.
- Cancellations may only apply before the subscription start date.
Print Subscriptions / Books
- Refunds are only applicable if the product is undelivered, damaged, or wrongly dispatched.
- Cancellation requests must be made within a specific timeframe (e.g., 24–48 hours of placing the order).
- Refunds are processed within a set period (e.g., 7–10 business days).
