Ultra-luxury Mumbai residences reaffirm their status as legacy assets for India’s wealthiest families.

Godrej Family Buys ₹294-Crore Sea-Facing Homes in Worli’s Billionaires’ Row.

Tanya Dubash, a key member of the Godrej family and executive director at the Godrej Industries Group, has acquired two ultra-luxury sea-facing apartments in Mumbai’s Worli Sea Face for over ₹294 crore. The homes are located on the 19th and 20th floors of the under-construction premium tower Naman Xana, with transactions valuing the property at more than ₹2.5 lakh per sq ft—among the highest in India. Each apartment offers around 5,812 sq ft of carpet area plus balconies and exclusive parking. These purchases further strengthen the Godrej family’s presence in the project, following an earlier ₹225.76-crore duplex acquisition. The tower has also drawn billionaire buyers such as Leena Gandhi Tewari. Rising demand for trophy homes, improved infrastructure like the coastal road, and the allure of sea-facing residences have cemented Worli’s reputation as Mumbai’s “billionaires’ row,” with marquee properties increasingly viewed as long-term legacy investments.
