Indian cricket star Virat Kohli and actor Anushka Sharma have purchased a luxury apartment at Godrej Skyshore in Versova, Andheri West, Mumbai, for ₹18.29 crore, according to property documents accessed by Zapkey. The apartment, A-2403, is situated on the 24th floor of Tower A and was sold by Godrej Properties. It offers a RERA carpet area of 245.71 sq metres (approximately 2,644.8 sq ft), including a main carpet area of 216.30 sq metres (2,328 sq ft) and an exclusive adjacent area of 29.41 sq metres (316.5 sq ft). The transaction values the property at around ₹269,159 per sq ft based on the RERA carpet area and includes three dedicated car parking spaces. The purchase attracted ₹1.09 crore in stamp duty and a ₹30,000 registration fee. The sale deed was executed on July 8, 2026, and officially registered on July 21, 2026.
