Preity Zinta Sells Bandra Apartment for ₹14.08 Crore Amid Rising Bollywood Real Estate Moves.                                                                                                               

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta has sold her 1,474 sq ft Bandra apartment for ₹14.08 crore, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The property, located on the 10th floor of Rustomjee’s Parishram building, was originally purchased by Zinta in October 2023 for ₹17.01 crore. The sale, which includes two car parks, was registered on November 21, 2025, with a stamp duty of ₹16.47 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000. Sources indicate that Zinta may reinvest the proceeds into a ₹20–100 crore property in Mumbai’s Bandra. The transaction adds to a recent trend of high-profile Bollywood real estate activity. In 2025, Akshay Kumar reportedly sold properties worth over ₹100 crore, while Amitabh Bachchan made headlines for selling two luxury Goregaon apartments for ₹12 crore and a duplex in Andheri for ₹83 crore, achieving significant long-term returns.
