Greater Noida Authority Clears Co-Developers for 3 Stalled Projects. In a major relief for homebuyers, the Greater Noida Authority has approved the induction of co-developers for three long-stalled group housing projects. Sobha Ltd, Opaa Realty, and Swarnim Buildhome LLP will take over projects from Atlaspur Construction, Parsvnath Developers, and Aims Golf Town Developers, respectively. The Authority stressed that joint development agreements will be mandatory, making both original developers and co-developers jointly responsible for clearing dues and completing construction. UP-RERA will coordinate extensions and monitor compliance. For thousands of waiting families, this decision offers renewed hope. Aims Golf Town’s Sector 4 project alone affects 1,136 buyers, while Parsvnath’s Pi Sector project involves 692 buyers. Sobha Ltd, with strong financial backing, is expected to revive Atlaspur’s stalled Sector 1 project. Officials said the final execution will depend on cash flow and repayment plans, but the approvals mark a decisive step toward resolution.
