NBCC and NMRDA collaborate to develop the 1,710-acre Naveen Nagpur IBFC.

NBCC (India) has signed an MoU with the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) to develop Naveen Nagpur, an International Business & Finance Centre (IBFC) covering 1,710 acres. Of this, 1,000 acres will be developed into a world-class business district, while 710 acres are reserved for future expansion. As the project management consultant, NBCC will oversee the development of commercial hubs, IT parks, MSME spaces, start-up clusters, residential areas, and mixed-use establishments. Planned to be executed in three phases over 15 years, the mega project is expected to transform Nagpur into a global business and financial hub. The IBFC aims to attract corporates, investors, and technology-driven enterprises, boosting Nagpur’s economic potential and positioning it as a competitive alternative to established metros. Through this strategic collaboration, NBCC and NMRDA are laying the foundation for a sustainable, modern, and future-ready city that integrates commerce, lifestyle, and growth.
