Godrej Properties Sells ₹1,000 Cr Worth Homes at Hyderabad Project Launch.                                                                                                                                        

Mumbai-based developer Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has achieved a major milestone by selling 683 homes worth over ₹1,000 crore at the launch of its latest project, Godrej Regal Pavilion, in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad. Launched in August 2025, the project witnessed strong demand, with units covering a total area of 1.20 million sq ft sold at the outset. This marks GPL’s second successful ₹1,000-crore project in Hyderabad this year, reinforcing its strong foothold in the southern market. Godrej Regal Pavilion is among the company’s largest residential projects in South India, with a developable potential of 4.14 million sq ft and an estimated revenue potential of ₹3,600 crore. Strategically located in Rajendra Nagar, the project benefits from excellent connectivity to the Outer Ring Road (ORR), the airport, and Hyderabad’s growing infrastructure. GPL said the success reflects rising consumer preference for trusted, branded residences and the city’s robust real estate growth.
