DDA Puts 142 Prime Plots on E-Auction to Boost Revenue.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched a major e-auction drive, offering more than 140 land parcels and properties to strengthen revenue from its land disposal segment. Under its 22nd mega e-auction scheme, registrations opened on April 22, with earnest money deposit (EMD) submissions allowed until May 22. The auction portfolio spans 12 categories and includes plots in prime Delhi locations that are free from legal encumbrances. On offer are 24 residential plots, 21 industrial plots, 16 commercial plots, 10 institutional plots (including religious sites), and one group housing plot. The inventory also features 57 built-up commercial estate shops, five multi-level car parking sites, kiosks on a licence basis, a fuel station, a shop at Janak Place, a food court in Dwarka, and a café site at Bamboo Oasis in Baansera.DDA officials said the initiative aims to monetise vacant land through a transparent, fully digital auction system, with detailed schedules to be announced post-registration.
