ACME Solar’s Q2 FY26 net profit increases sevenfold to ₹115 crore on strong capacity growth.
ACME Solar Holdings reported an exceptional sevenfold increase in net profit to ₹115 crore for Q2 FY26, rising 652% from ₹15 crore in the same period last year. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations more than doubled to ₹601 crore, a 104% year-on-year rise, driven by new capacity additions and higher plant utilisation. EBITDA soared 108% to ₹134 crore, with margins improving to 88.8% from 86.8% in Q2 FY25. The PAT margin rose sharply to 19.1% from 5.2% a year earlier. Chairperson and MD Manoj Kumar Upadhyay credited the robust performance to operational discipline and efficiency gains. ACME also announced the successful installation of a 10 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Rajasthan in October 2025 and confirmed that phased delivery of its 5.1 GWh BESS project will commence in December, with staged commissioning from Q4 FY26, reaffirming its leadership in India’s renewable and storage sectors.
