BluPine Energy Wins 150 MW Hybrid FDRE Project from SJVN Green Energy.

BluPine Energy, backed by global investor Actis, has secured a 150 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project from SJVN Green Energy Limited under its 1.5 GW FDRE auction. The project, awarded to Solarcraft Power India 16 Pvt Ltd, will integrate solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS) to ensure a reliable, clean power supply during peak demand hours — midnight to 8 AM and 5 PM to midnight. Offered at a competitive tariff of ₹26.75 per kWh, the project aims to deliver firm renewable energy that strengthens grid stability and supports utilities in balancing fluctuating power demand.

A 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) has been signed, providing long-term revenue assurance and expanding BluPine Energy’s growing renewable portfolio across India. The initiative underscores BluPine’s commitment to advancing India’s energy reliability and sustainability through next-generation hybrid systems.
