Ghaziabad emerged as the largest beneficiary, accounting for four projects worth ₹1,936.72 crore, followed by Gautam Buddh Nagar with a ₹420.50 crore commercial project. Approvals were also granted for projects in Agra, Lucknow, Mathura, Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Barabanki. Alongside approvals, UP-RERA issued an advisory urging homebuyers and complainants to use its online portal to verify project details, file complaints, and track recovery certificate proceedings. Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy emphasised that while promoters must adhere to timelines and regulations, buyers should use digital tools to make informed, transparent property decisions.
