Godrej Properties Acquires 7.8-Acre Prime Land in Hyderabad for ₹547.75 Crore.                                                                                                                                      

Godrej Properties (GPL), the real estate arm of the Godrej Group, has strengthened its presence in Hyderabad with the acquisition of a 7.825-acre land parcel in Kukatpally Housing Board (KPHB). The land was secured through an e-auction conducted by the Telangana Housing Board (TGHB), where GPL emerged as the highest bidder with a winning price of ₹547.75 crore, as confirmed by the e-auction facilitator MSTC.

This strategic acquisition holds immense growth potential, with an estimated revenue opportunity of nearly ₹3,800 crore. Godrej Properties plans to develop premium residential apartments offering a mix of configurations to cater to diverse homebuyer needs. The project is expected to transform the Kukatpally micro-market with modern design, sustainable development, and lifestyle amenities.
