Puravankara Expands Bengaluru Development Pipeline.

₹1,100 Crore GDV Opportunity Strengthens Developer’s Bengaluru Growth Strategy

Puravankara has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) to develop a 7.83-acre parcel of land in southeast Bengaluru as a residential project. The development carries an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,100 crore and will offer approximately 0.89 million sq ft of saleable area. The latest transaction strengthens Puravankara’s expansion across Bengaluru’s established residential corridors. According to the company, it has added five land parcels in Bengaluru during FY27, taking its cumulative business development to around 49.76 acres, with a potential GDV of approximately ₹6,300 crore and around 5.12 million sq ft of saleable area. Earlier this year, the company secured additional parcels in Sarjapur, Sanna Ammanikere, Doddagubbi and Mandur, further expanding its residential development pipeline across key Bengaluru growth corridors.
