Gulshan Group Launches ₹1,000 Crore Luxury Housing Project at Wave City.

Gulshan Group has launched Gulshan Empire, a premium residential project in Wave City, Ghaziabad, with an estimated investment of ₹1,000 crore. Spread across 5.5 acres, the development will feature 500 luxury apartments in six towers, each rising 31 storeys. The project is expected to generate over ₹1,200 crore in sales revenue and is scheduled for completion by 2031 in line with RERA timelines. Designed by DFI Architects, the project has already sold around 200 apartments, representing nearly 40% of the total inventory. Homes are priced from ₹10,500 per sq ft, with 3 BHK residences starting at ₹2.20 crore and 4 BHK residences priced from ₹2.90 crore (approx.). The project is being financed through customer advances, internal accruals, and a ₹125 crore construction loan. Gulshan Group also plans new residential developments on the Yamuna Expressway and in Sector 150, Noida, as part of its expansion strategy.
