Omaxe Partners with IHCL to Launch India’s First Stadium-Hotel & Elite Members-Only Club at The Omaxe State, Dwarka

New Delhi, September 22, 2025: Omaxe Ltd., one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced a landmark partnership with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), operator of the Taj brand, to introduce a Gateway-branded hotel at The Omaxe State, Dwarka – India’s first integrated destination combining sports, retail, hospitality, food, and culture.

At the core of this collaboration lies a 158-key luxury hotel with 40 exclusive stadium-view suites built inside the International Cricket-cum-Football Stadium, offering a first-of-its-kind immersive match-day experience. An additional 108 premium rooms within the adjoining elite club building will cater to Delhi’s global business and leisure community.

IHCL will also operate a 250,000 sq. ft. elite members-only club, set to become one of India’s largest. Inspired by global benchmarks like The Bay Club (Mumbai), Accor Arena (Paris), and luxury city clubs in London and Dubai, the club will offer signature restaurants, private lounges, an Olympic-standard pool, spa & wellness facilities, co-working spaces, library, indoor & outdoor sports, and state-of-the-art banqueting venues.

Spread across 50.4 acres under a PPP model with Delhi Development Authority (DDA), The Omaxe State is anchored by an ICC & FIFA-standard 30,000-seater stadium. Strategically located near Bharat Vandana Park and Yashobhoomi (Asia’s largest convention centre), the project is expected to attract global conferences, exhibitions, and sporting events, making it a hub for Delhi-NCR’s lifestyle and commerce.
