New wind-solar hybrid project expands ACME Solar's PPA-backed portfolio to 6,870 MW.

ACME Solar Signs 25-Year PPA with SECI for 300 MW Hybrid Project.

ACME Solar has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for a 300 MW ISTS-connected wind-solar hybrid renewable energy project through its subsidiary, ACME Renewtech Fifth. The project will supply renewable power with a minimum annual Capacity Utilisation Factor (CUF) of 30% and will be connected to the Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) via ACME Solar's existing transmission connectivity in high-solar-irradiation and high-wind-resource zones. With this agreement, the company's PPA-signed portfolio has grown to 6,870 MW, out of its total contracted renewable energy portfolio of 8,070 MW, strengthening its position in India's clean energy sector. The company also confirmed that the project's tariff has already been approved and adopted by the relevant Central and State regulatory authorities. The agreement marks another milestone in ACME Solar's strategy to expand its large-scale renewable energy portfolio across the country.
